Individual Condominium Unit Managing

This aspect is the missing link between both the property management and sales aspects of units individually owned in an association. The grey area between where the Associations responsibility ends, and property management begins is highly regulated by CC&RS and rules and regulations. Each individual Association offers a new challenge not only for the tenants but for the Association management, home owners and the individual property managers.


Uninformed tenants and negligent property managers can cost homeowners thousands of dollars in fines owed to the Association. Homeowner Associations have the right to levy units that are not in compliance with the Associations CC&RS and rules and regulations. Aver was formed to fill in this grey area and keep the Association management, the individual homeowners, and the tenants all working together for one common goal.
